Also, the above two issues don't appear when Qupzilla is run on Windows 7.

I should add that I don't have either Adobe Flashplayer or Pepperflash installed, though this doesn't appear to affect the smooth running of either Firefox or Slimjet on all PC setups. But from its start, Falkon has grown into a feature-rich browser.

This project has been originally started only for educational purposes. It aims to be a lightweight web browser available through all major platforms. (1) websites bookmarked in the bookmarks toolbar don't have an individualised icon - each bookmark has the same blank grey rectangular icon Falkon is a KDE web browser using QtWebEngine rendering engine, previously known as QupZilla. However, two issues have come up, for which I haven't found any online solution for Qupzilla - these are: I've found the lightweight Qupzilla to run snappily on all setups, using version 1.8.9 ~ dfsg1-3 from the L元.2 repository. You can launch this free PC program on Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11 32 and 64-bit. QupZilla lies within Internet & Network Tools, more precisely Browsers. The following versions: 2.2, 2.1 and 2.0 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. I've been looking at alternative open-source browsers to Firefox, as I've found opening Firefox browser is encumbered by extensions which make it pretty laggy on all our PCs, both old & new (2007-2014, see sig). The actual developer of the free program is David Rosca and the QupZilla Community.
